Sheffield Detectives received a call from a female who had concerns about her son. He had recently got involved with the wrong crowd outside of college and has been getting involved with many activities even some of which have involved people taking police action against him. She believes that now he is involved in selling and also taking drugs on a regular basis but he has denied this on many occasions each time she has confronted him and she needs to find out the truth.

We discussed the situation in more depth and discussed the best option for her particular situation was to get her son to undertake a polygraph test but of course we would need his consent to do so. The client went away to discuss this with her son and he consented to carrying out a polygraph examination to prove that he was telling the truth but of course the polygraph test will be uncover all of the answers that our client needs.

We went ahead and booked the test at the request of our client and this was booked in for the next available date. In this time our client put together a series of questions for our examiner to ask her son. Our polygraph examiner undertook the test and the results came back and revealed that her son was in fact telling the truth. The client was now able to put her mind at ease knowing that he is not involved with any type of drugs.
